Nurses, ICU Nurses 

​Shoshone County EMS Corporation is currently recruiting Nurses with or without ICU credentials  for  paid on call positions to staff our Critical Care Ambulance .

  • Must have and maintain a valid Idaho Nureing License.
  • Must have current ACLS, CPR, PALS, and TNCC
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
  • Must have and maintain an insurable driving record
  • Must be able to bend stoop and lift at least 75 pounds form the ground to the waist.

Paramedics and CCT, or FP-C Paramedics

​Shoshone County EMS Corporation is currently recruiting Paramedics for  paid on call positions to staff our Critical Care Ambulance and to fill in during high patient load or during staff shortages at Shoshone Medical Center working on the floor and in the Emergency Room. Paramedics will be utilized at their current scope of practice to provide patient care in the hospital setting.

  • Must have and maintain a valid Idaho Paramedic license
  • Must have current ACLS, CPR, and PALS
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
  • Must have and maintain an insurable driving record
  • Must be able to bend stoop and lift at least 75 pounds form the ground to the waist.

Ambulance drivers

Shoshone County EMS Corporation is currently recruiting people to be on call to drive the ambulance for transfers from Shoshone Medical Center to other hospitals.  

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Idaho drivers license
  • Must have and maintain an insurable driving record
  • Must be able to bend stoop and lift at least 75 pounds from the ground to the waist.

EMT's AEMT's 

Shoshone County EMS Corporation is currently recruiting EMTs, and Advanced EMTs, that are interested in working on call shifts for ALS transfers and staffing during high volumes or during staff shortages at Shoshone Medical Center.

  • Must have and maintain a valid Idaho EMT or AEMT license.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Idaho drivers license
  • Must have and maintain an insurable driving record
  • Must be able to bend Stoop and lift at least 75 pounds from the ground to the waist.
